What cookies do

Cookies are small pieces of information a website can ask your browser to retain and send with later requests. They may support essential functions, remember preferences or enable measurement and advertising. Other technologies, such as local storage, can retain information in a browser without being cookies.

What this site’s code uses

The HTML, CSS and JavaScript provided by this website do not set cookies, write to local storage or use session storage. There are no analytics, advertising scripts, embedded social feeds or third-party video players in these pages.

The mobile menu and scroll effects use temporary page state. They do not create a persistent identifier. FAQ disclosures are ordinary browser controls and do not send information to us.

Hosting, security infrastructure or a separately supplied site-wide preference tool may have its own behavior. This description concerns the functions of the pages and script themselves; it does not claim that network-level delivery can occur without processing technical request information.

The contact tool is different from storage

Typing into the composer holds text in the current page while it is open. Our script does not save a draft or send the fields. Selecting Copy writes the prepared text to your clipboard if your browser permits it. Selecting Download creates a plain-text file on your device.

Clipboard history, downloaded files, browser autofill and restored form values are controlled by your browser or operating system. They are not cookies set by our script. You can clear or delete them using your device’s controls.

Your browser controls

Most browsers let you inspect and remove site data, block cookies and manage permissions through their privacy or site-settings menus. Blocking cookies does not prevent the core pages from being read. Disabling JavaScript leaves the guide content and ordinary links available but disables the enhanced contact actions and mobile menu toggle.

Clearing site data will not delete a text file you downloaded, an email you sent or clipboard history retained by your device. Manage those items separately.

External sites and future changes

When you follow a link to another website, that service may use cookies or other technologies under its own notice. This website does not control those choices.

If optional storage or tracking is introduced, the relevant notice and any legally required consent controls should describe it before it operates. For questions about the current site, email [email protected]. See Your Data Ashore for broader information about requests and correspondence.
